Heal Live Grow offers quality care at an affordable rate. Counseling services are available for New York & Georgia residents only and HSA/ FSA accounts can be used for payment. I currently accept the following insurances:

New York: Atena, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar Health, Oxford, & United Healthcare
I can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company to access your out of network benefits. Packages are available for counseling & coaching. Please schedule a discovery session for more information.
